The Create Request List™
Our reports are returned within 24 hours of completing the inspection. To further streamline reports for our clients, Inspection Wizards uses The Create Request List™ or CRL™ in our reports. This tool allows clients and agents to use the defects and safety hazards in our reports to create project lists. These lists can serve as Repair Request Lists. We stamp each addition and change to the CRL™ with the time, date, status, and the originating party. The list allows buyers, sellers, and agents to communicate and collaborate with each other in an efficient and standardized way, and it can also be added as an attachment to the agent’s addendum.
We’re committed to keeping our community safe by taking guidance from the CDC. Inspection Wizards will be performing inspections in accordance with these safety guidelines.
Due to the Covid-19 virus, we are no longer allowing anyone at the home inspection other than our inspector(s). This includes buyers, sellers, agents, and/or contractors not associated with our inspection. A full comprehensive report will be emailed after your inspection is complete. We ask that you review the report once received, and do not hesitate to contact us by phone, text, or email if you have any questions. We realize that attending the inspection is important for some and apologize for the inconvenience. However, the risk is not worth the reward in our opinion. We appreciate your cooperation with our attempt to keep our clients, realtors, and sellers healthy during this time.
We inspect your home as if it were our own
At Inspection Wizards LLC, we put our clients first. We inspect each property with the same care and attention to detail as we would if it were our own. Our owner and lead inspector, William Hamilton, is an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector, or CMI. He has performed over 3500 inspections and is a structural and civil engineer. William understands how important it is to make certain your home is a safe environment and a wise investment, and he loves putting his expertise to work for his clients. Every home inspection is performed by at least two inspectors, both to make the home inspection more efficient and to ensure that no detail gets overlooked. The Inspection Wizards team takes pride in educating our clients about their properties, and we are there for our clients before, during, and after a home inspection.
Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection so that we can point out defects and answer any questions. We are dedicated to working in our clients’ best interests and will even perform a free Re-Inspection of any items fixed by the seller after our initial inspection and update your report accordingly. We perform environmental testing for mold, radon, air, and water quality in addition to our complete residential and commercial property inspections. Using state-of-the-art technology, such as Moisture Meters, Thermal Imaging, and Aerial Drone Photography, we are able to produce comprehensive reports that include photos, videos, and more.
